Eye Spa at Home

Hello Everyone,

A dark circle, wrinkles, puffy eyes does not look good. it is a sign of unhealthy routine. Late night working, irregular diet is mainly reason of dark circle, wrinkles and puffy eyes. Most of people are suffering from it. If you are also one of them or noticing this problem, this post is just for you.

Alike body spa, regular eye spa gives a new life to eyes and helps to get rid from dark circles, eye bag, wrinkles. Now you can easily do your eye spa at home with easily available ingredients in your kitchen.

So for what we are waiting, let’s start the eye spa 🙂

Cleanser:-

  • Raw milk

  • Rose water

  • Cotton ball

Clean your eyes with only rose water or raw milk both are good for cooling and soothing. You can mix both as well. Take some raw milk and rose water in the bowl and mix together. Dip cotton ball in the mixture and clean your eyes. Leave it for at least 5 minutes or gently massage on eye area.

Scrubbing:- 

  • Crushed Almond

  • Honey

Almond is a rich source of vitamin E and Vitamin E is very helpful to rid of dark circles. Honey is good for eyes in many ways and it also reduces eye wrinkles.

So take some crushed almond and mix with honey. Massage your eyes with the mixture for at least 10 minutes. Pls don’t give pressure on eyes. Once done clean your eyes with lukewarm water using cotton.

Massage:-

  • Vitamin E capsules

  • Milk cream

  • Coconut oil

Milk cream is good for moisturizing. Take some vitamin E gel capsules, cut and squeeze gel in a bowl add a spoon of fresh milk cream or coconut oil. Mix them together. Now massage your eyes gently in circular motion for at least 10 minutes. Once done, wipe your eyes with lukewarm water.

Eye mask:-

  • Cucumber

  • Green tea bag

Cut some slice of cucumber and keep it on eyes for some time or you can crush the cucumber, squeeze juice and apply on eye area. wash after sometime.  You can use used green tea bag as a mask as well.  After that do not forget to moisturize your eyes.

Important to note:- 

  • Massage gently, do not stretch eyes while massaging.

  • Do it once or twice in a week for better result.

Benefits:- 

  • It will help to remove dark circles

  • It will reduce eye wrinkles

  • It will hydrate and refresh your eyes,
